The ideal streaming service for seafarers

Theasis provides your vessels with licensed movies from the major Hollywood studios which crew members can stream at their convenience to their own devices.

Easy to install, with minimal equipment required, a database of 100 movies from the last 3 years is available from the day of installation.

New cinema releases are also regularly made available 3 months after their official cinematic release so your seafarers can always enjoy the latest blockbusters – which are uploaded over a vessels’ VSAT connection and streamed to users over the onboard Wi-Fi connection.

INSTALLATION

Software and content are preloaded onto a media server and connected to the Infinity unit located on the vessel.

UPDATES

Movie updates are done automatically via the VSAT connection dynamically adjusting bandwidth usage from a maximum of 256 kbps down to zero, ensuring you can fully utilize the available bandwidth.

STREAMING

The crew onboard can watch the content offline at any time, on their personal devices (smartphones, tablets, PC and Smart TV) streamed via the vessel’s own Wi-Fi system.
