Accounting Authority (AA)
Navarino is authorized under GR14 to register vessels flying flags of multiple countries.
An Accounting Authority (AA) is an entity nominated by the Applicant on the Service Activation Registration Form for the purpose of administering the billing and settlement of the communication charges incurred by a Mobile Earth Station (MES) after it has been successfully registered. An accounting authority acts as a billing intermediary between the maritime mobile station and service providers.

Point of service activation (PSA)
Navarino is appointed to act as a PSA by over 100 administrations around the world.
The PSA is contracted by Inmarsat Limited (a satellite service provider) to register Inmarsat end-user mobile earth stations (MESs). The PSA may not necessarily operate within the country where the vessel is registered, or where the land MES will be used, however, the PSA must abide by the appropriate national regulatory frame works.
