Navarino is pleased to announce the launch of a new Hardware Information feature within Cosmo, our customer portal designed to give fleets full visibility and control over their connectivity services. This latest enhancement provides users with a clear and comprehensive overview of all satcom hardware installed onboard their vessels.
Through Cosmo, customers can now easily access key hardware details, including:
Manufacturer and model
Warranty information
Unique identifiers such as Serial Numbers, IMEIs and ICC IDs
By centralizing this information in one secure platform, Cosmo simplifies asset management, improves transparency and supports more efficient planning and decision-making across fleets.
The new Hardware Information feature further strengthens Cosmo’s role as a single point of access for critical operational data. In addition to hardware visibility, Cosmo already places a wide range of essential information at users’ fingertips, from real-time connectivity status and service details to billing information and account management tools.
