Now in its fifth consecutive year of support, Navarino is proud to witness the continued growth and success of the Saint Catherine’s British School Hackathon, a dynamic two-day event that continues to strengthen year after year.
Held once again in November, the Hackathon brought together robotics teams from five different schools, including teams from the Piraeus area. Participants competed across a range of categories, demonstrating exceptional creativity, technical skill, and innovative thinking, in a display of the huge potential of young minds when engaged with technology and problem-solving.
In addition to supporting the event through the participation of a three-member Navarino team who served as mentors, the Company also proudly donated the competition’s first prize: a Starlink unit, that was installed in the winning team’s technology laboratory, together with a one-year paid subscription.
Through initiatives such as the St Catherine’s Hackathon, Navarino continues to promote digital innovation, STEM education, and youth empowerment, key pillars of our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy.
